Although this 2 days safari is the shortest Gorilla Tour in Rwanda within Volcanoes national park, it offers a very rewarding wildlife experience. You will have an opportunity to spend time with the world’s most endangered ape – the mountain gorillas. Today there are about 880 gorillas only remaining on the entire planet and these can only be seen in Uganda as well as Rwanda. For purposes of conserving this species, a group of a maximum of 8 people is allowed to visit a group at a time. There are only 7 habituated gorillas groups in Rwanda and each person will be required to have a gorilla permit to be able to track them.
